第三 post: Do unbiased views of any workplace exist

Updated: Oct 26, 2022

Please know that this is not evidence saying there isn't only one type of role you can work under professionally without going through some disagreements. My involvement in the four real scenarios below is minimal to none, therefore does not advise improving similar situations. If you still like to follow, read at your leisure and leave a comment if you think it helps.

Kid A is a flamboyant adventurist, prefers kind-hearted company because she doesn't understand careless relationships.

Kid B is a reticent artist, she dedicates her mind and soul to positive self-care because she doesn't enjoy being told otherwise.

Kid C is a rebellious observer, sharing time with uncommited friends make her nervous because she prefers sticking to one idea.

Kid D is a curious narcissist, if he gave in to popular feedback he will have to decide between happiness and personal development.

Everyday Kid A is showered with encouraging comments on her looks, her stories even her work which she did not do well. She can tell it's a nice way to embrace her differences but she doesn't mind as long as she gets off work when she wants. She wonders why her boss never remarks whether she completed her tasks or not, so she makes sure she makes a favorable impression when he is around.

Kid B doesn't expect much from a 9-to-5 job, nor does she attest to overpowering management whom she finds as quiet as herself strangely. Therefore either her calm or the busy office keeps her immune from attention and any troubles which may follow. As long as she stays productive on her own not much can break an inborn peace treaty she never actually read or signed with the world.

Kid C sees fault in almost anything since young, but it's always her fault if she speaks her mind or "secretly" defies identification when people around her consumes her self-respect. To manage her duties without overthinking nobody's mistake, she pushes the open-minded questions to angry seniors whom she respects because their exaggerated responses are usually absolutely wrong.

Kid D compares his talents only with those he admire, he'd rather polish his already exceptional resume further and brighter than acquiescence to "backwardness" amongst a profession he dug deep enough to expect gold, not trash. If only he'd excelled in a less or more demanding field, he'd probably forego either his pride or the job without having to voice his disappointment to his employer like those highly regarded maniac in Hollywood movie scenes.

You might wonder whether urging any of the Kids to grow up makes sense to anyone associated in this case, will they be any good even if they loved doing more than either they or the jobs expect? Find out by subscribing to the upcoming posts!
